In case user cancels the booking, refund will be initiated basis below mentioned slab:

After deducting the cancellation charges as mentioned below the remaining amount, if any, is processed to the original payment mode only.
For cancellations that are made just 2 hours prior to the pickup
time or when the user fails to show up for his/her reservation, the
booking is treated under ‘No Show’ and
only the security deposit is returned to the user.
The refund gets processed within a period of 3-5 working days.
In case the booking needs to be cancelled due to the unavailability of vehicles:
a. In case the company is unable to provide the user with a vehicle
due to reasons like
damage, accident, service, etc.; a full refund will be processed to
the user’s account, that is, to the original payment mode.
Reimbursement is provided to the user in the following cases:
- In case of minor repairs (e.g., coolant refill or bulb changes) costing under INR 1000, reimbursement will be provided.
- If repair charges exceed INR 1000, the user must inform the company before initiating the repair. Otherwise, no reimbursement will be provided.
- A printed or handwritten receipt with the user’s name must be provided for reimbursement.
- The company reserves the right to verify claims and process reimbursements based on internal investigations.
In case the booking needs to be cancelled due to the unavailability of vehicles: a. In case the company is unable to provide the user with a vehicle due to reasons like damage, accident, service, etc.; a full refund will be processed to the user’s account, that is, to the original payment mode. The refund is processed within 7-9 days.
Security deposit refund
In case of refundable security deposit paid by the users at the time of vehicle booking, it will be initiated within 48 working hours of booking end time. Any minor damages, challans will be deducted from the refundable security deposit.
